"Charging £100 for 0 treatment "

Had an infected and swollen ear, and I couldn’t hear for 2 days, went to emergency services in Lister Hospital and had to wait for almost 2 hours just to be told they couldn’t check anything due to earwax blocking, and charged me £100 consulting fee for a covid test and 5 minute speaking session

Had to get treatment at other places afterwards, this place is absolutely shambles and a rip off
