"Getting a routine blood test"

About: Preston Healthport

(as the patient),

Turned up at clinic which was supposed to be open til 11.30 am to be told it was closed, as capacity was reached. Time 10.00am.

Walked to next nearest centre, took a ticket and waited an hour but got it done. Although I felt frustrated, I also felt sorry for people being turned away as that clinic reached capacity. Some had taken 2 buses to get there. Surely there must be a better way to get a blood test?
