Arrived and was greeted nicely, I waited over 2 hours to see a doctor, who refused to even look at my injury after my local GP referred me up there to have an x-ray.
I found the doctor very rude, they kept referring me as my friend, they seemed more interested in slating the doctor's surgery then helping me.
So I waited over 2 hours for a doctor who did nothing other than talk about their past!
Shame because I’ve always found them helpful in the past.
Left still in pain and in tears
