From the moment I arrived all the staff were amazing, so kind and helpful.

I really can’t praise this hospital and the staff highly enough.

I witnessed one particular nurse Alieen show such patience and care with a patient who was struggling, she was truly fabulous.

That being said there was not one member of staff who were anything but exceptional, one nurse who looked after me Judy had only been in the country 2 months which must have been very strange for her but she was so smiley and kind. My surgeon Mr Shahid was very kind and caring , a lovely man. I am afraid I can’t remember everyone’s names but the anaesthesia staff were wonderful as was the lovely member of staff who looked after me in the recovery unit .

In summary Grantham hospital is 5*

Thank you for these amazing comments and I will certainly share with the whole team and Juby especially and she will be thrilled to have a personal mention as will Aileen – the whole team work so hard to deliver the highest quality of care we can give and your words are testament to the fact that we are managing this.

As Matron of the unit it really does boost my morale to read this and that you rate us 5* as I would agree with you – very proud of them all and I hope you are recovering well following your surgery.
