"Out patients gynaecological visit"

I've just been to crosshouse hospital in east Ayrshire for an outpatient appointment, what was a very frightening occurrence turned out to be so much better than I imagined it would be simply because the staff were absolutely wonderful, Dr Silfand Dr Martin were so easy to talk to and explained the whole procedure to me, keeping on reassuring me the whole time, although this is a very big hospital and is very busy ,all of the staff were wonderful from the doctors right through to the cleaning staff(who do a wonderful job!) speak to you and are really friendly, big thank you to the nurse (Pamela) that was helping me. Always thought the NHS staff were under valued and now I know they are, Thank you to all of you.
