"Care I received in primary care"

I have been attending my GP practice in Rosyth regularly since mid 2023.

I would like to convey,  that not only the care but the quality of the care I have received could not have been better had I sought a private consultation.

During this time I have been seen promptly on all of the occasions that I needed to be, referred onto Specialty clinics, had investigations and results performed and findings reassuringly discussed either face to face or by telephone. 

I have been listened to and treated with respect. I have felt confidence and safe in the care I have had/am receiving.

I understand healthcare professionals will say they are only doing they're job, in these challenging times, in my experience, that has been exemplary.

I would like to thank in particular Dr Callejo whom I seen first in June and in my opinion went above and beyond to get things right for me.

Following from this,  the ongoing care received from Dr McClelland has been gold standard and delivered in a professional and caring manner.

Prior to this episode of care I have also received excellent care from Dr Leslie and Dr Sweeney.

Also like to mention the reception team, again, whom, in challenging times do their best every day to ensure you receive the care that you need.
