"Service received by district nurse"

I have been seeing the nursing team for over a year due to ulcers to my legs. When I call the hub they always manage to deal with any issues.

My leg has broken down recently which has made me feel quite low in mood but Jackie visited me recently within a very short period of time after calling for help. She was very professional in her manner, she has made me feel that there will be light and the end of the tunnel. On this visit Jackie informed me that the wound is better than last visit.

I have full confidence in Jackie and I feel having the same nurse is helpful to maintain the treatment to my leg.

All the nurses are very good and helpful but Jackie has helped me the most with my treatment.
