"Mechincal Valve Replacement"

I attended my cardiac rehab exercise classes throughout the pass few months online with Abi (specialist physio nurse). From the beginning of my rehabilitation, I started on taking baby steps throughout my recovery, and I have built up through taking control on my breathing – as my first step.

Gradually I moved on towards my movements on my arms, legs and chest. Each step I slowly gain more strengths on each stage by taking things at my own pace.

Each class I have taken into consideration in doing things more actively in motiving myself and boosting my confidence, that I can do it.

I have learned to stretch, breath and take control of my body. Also, not to rush things or over do things that will make me feel tired.

All credit goes to the cardiac rehabilitation therapy team in keeping me motivated each class, and support throughout my recovery stage. (Abi, Emma, Hamse, Gina, Julie and other members I have left out)
