"Excellent hospital but just one...."

Excellent hospital but just one small thing.

The staff are all very helpful and friendly, everything is good 👍

But the only recommendation I would make....to make sure patients are aware of the procedure times, this can easily be communicated in the letter the hospital sends the patient informing them of the procedure in the first instance.

If this information cannot be know, then a "please allow up to two hours for your procedure" could be used.

This is a very useful tool, I use it to let my clients know that training may take up to 6 hours to complete so please allow adequate time.

If patients are informed beforehand the length of time needed then they can make informed decisions xx
