"I was kept well informed"

About: Mid-Ulster Hospital / Endoscopy Suite

(as a service user),

I had a colonoscopy scheduled at the Mid Ulster Hospital. On arrival I was taken immediately for pre-op treatment by friendly and helpful staff. I was introduced to Mr Patterson who explained the procedure, asked about sedation. I was kept well informed at each step and felt treated with respect throughout.
