You were the best dr I have ever encountered. I was in extreme pain, you were reassuring and methodical. I have a scratched cornea and the medicine suggested has helped within hours. This is what the NHS should be. An online consult within five mins, a brilliant and calm dr that was attentive and gave me as much time as I needed. Thank you.
