On 20th September at night I was in A&E and the team were amazing. The triage nurse was patient, polite and understanding.
The phlebotomist who done my bloods was so patient, understanding and friendly. She was also chatty to myself and sister which made us feel at ease.
The doctor who we saw explained things clearly so I understood what was happening and he put my mind at ease. Was reassuring and helpful.
Overall a great experience. Thank you to the team who supported me that night.
