(as a service user),

I attended Dr Mukherjee's derm clinic and was referred up for my biopsy within a week to Monklands. The nurse practitioner who saw me and carried out my procedure (whose name I have now forgotten, sorry!) was amazing with me along with the other practitioners who held my hand and gave me great information on what was happening and would happen afterwards. My scar has healed beautifully too. Such a reassuring experience in both clinics!
