"Coil fitting appointment"

I have not attended the clinic I have only had telephone contact trying to book an appointment for a coil fitting. I was surprised to hear that the clinics are fully booked so far in advance and that I had to ring 2 weeks later for an appointment for the following month. However, I was added to a cancellation list & was contacted 2 weeks later & offered an appointment for 3 weeks time. I declined the appointment as I have managed to get an appointment with my gp prior to the date offered.

The call takers were all very helpful and apologised for the lack of dates available.
