I was trying to loose some weight in a healthy way then it got out of hand then i was admitted to hospital then admitted to cahms to help support me when i got home. I felt like there was no way out and just wanted to give up.

Camhs are really good at supporting you as long as you tell them how you are really feeling.Staffs support is always helpful and they encourage you to keep going in every way possible.
