(as a service user),

I went in to DIU to have a RIG feeding tube fitted. DIU, Ward C5 and C6 were excellent. I had a lot of questions and I was worried about going through the procedure as I have MND.

There are many staff I would like to name, however I would just like to say thank you for everything and for getting home safely to all staff I came into contact with.
