During the early part of this year I had started to drink a lot of more than I had ever done and was finding it difficult to stop. 

I was referred to Inclusion on the Isle of Wight and received support from Jim over the last couple of months and am happy to say things have greatly improved. I do still drink occasionally, but feel completely in control of it and my quality of life have improved greatly. 

Jim was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. He was offered great advice and support without me ever feeling like I was being reprimanded or judged, which I have experienced in other services before. He helped me to identify why I was drinking the way I was and the dangers of continuing to do so and honestly he has hugely helped me turn things around.

Firstly we would like to thank you for taking some time to leave us feedback, we really do value this as we are person centred and want to shape services to look like the people using them want them to look. It’s great to hear that you have had a good experience on our brief structured treatment pathway. We have different treatment types to suit all requirements from low level support and information to detoxifications and rehabs. Also we offer a wide range of groups and peer support as well as a family support service. If you would be interested in exploring any of these please don’t hesitate in contacting us for more information. We pride ourselves on offering a safe and non-judgmental service which is mirrored across all of our services and we have a huge amount of support pre & post treatment also to offer a well-supported journey empowering people to build a good recovery enabling them to start their new chapter in the right place.
