Trying to get an appointment at this doctors is impossible, but when you do the waiting room is empty.

They advise us to do an e consult and then you will be advised if you either will get a call back from the doctors or an appointment.

Just had a text back from the doctors advising me that my appointment by telephone call will be on 9/10/3023, it’s a joke I will probably be better by then, as it’s nearly three weeks away.

Called the doctors surgery to make sure this is correct and the receptionist, who was not interested what so ever has put me on a call back for today??

Why keep telling us that there are no appointments yet there obviously is? No wonder 111 is called a lot and A&E is really busy as it feels like our doctors don’t really care anymore. Will wait to see if I get a call.
