About: Mental Health Community Services / Condition Management Programme

(as a service user),

It was so good to speak to someone like Rosemary she was so friendly and listened to me.

I always left feeling more positive and tried to cope with things differently during the week.

Rosemary made me realise that things would keep until another day.

I am trying my best to do this.

Nothing could have been better.

I enjoyed all my sessions with Rosemary.

My name is Gary Walls- I am one of the team leaders in the CMP service. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience with CMP.

It seems CMP was able to provide the type of help and support you needed. We do try to work in a client centred way and it seems this was beneficial to you.
