About: Perth Royal Infirmary / Pre-Assessment Clinic

(as the patient),

The staff were all really friendly and informative, keeping me informed of the whole process. They were patient with my questions and I didn't feel rushed. I had a phone call first and then a visit to the hospital. I would say it would be easier for it all to be done at once. The staff at hospital were all super happy and friendly and this made me feel so relaxed. I was told after given blood I could wait as long as I needed to leave and there was no rush.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your visit to our clinic.

I am glad to hear you felt relaxed and unrushed and the staff were happy and friendly. This is the type of environment we are hoping to provide for all of our patients.

We have looked at our clinic template and offering a phone appointment then a separate appointment for investigations, helps us optimise our clinics and see as many patients as possible. However, we do take onboard your comments.

We wish you well with your upcoming procedure.
