About: New Victoria Hospital / Day surgery

I recently had surgery at the day surgery department at the new Victoria in Glasgow. 

Honestly it was the best care and experience I have ever had with the NHS.  I had my surgery and was home before teatime. From the reception staff to medical staff all were amazing. Diane was the nurse that looked after me and thank you for taking great care of me, funny, chatty you know your stuff. The kindest and the banter she had with a wee elderly man made his day. The ward was spotless so special shout out to the cleaners. Keep up the amazing work!!!
