What a pleasure to be treated like a valued individual, from my arrival as a day patient until the moment I left I was looked after with a smile and a caring attitude. From the booking to my surgery every individual I met treated me with kindness, care and compassion.

Thank you to every member of staff from my consultant to the tea lady you all left a lasting impression.
