"Good Endoscopy experience"

The staff, from reception to departure, made the whole experience one of empathic care along with great professionalism - vital given the often embarrassing nature of the investigations.

Every member of staff I had contact with exuded care, imparted calmness and gave encouragement.

The department was clean, efficient and friendly. It was clear the the Sister in charge ran the unit well.

Although there was the occasional huddle of chat at the Nurses Station, for the most part time was spent with patients.

Every single member of staff, other than the consultant, introduced themselves and spoke to me.

They are to be commended.
