About: Glasgow Royal Infirmary / Accident & Emergency

(as a service user),

I had to attend A&E at the Royal recently. From the moment I arrived I was treated promptly and with courtesy. Throughout the time I was there I was kept informed about what was happening and what would happen next. All staff I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help. Medical tests were performed promptly and I was given a full explanation of each one. Although I was certainly glad to be discharged, my time there was made far easier because of the treatment I received.

I was delighted to hear the care and treatment you received from the staff was to a high standard and you felt well cared for.

It was also nice to hear how the staff took the time to make you feel comfortable and explained the process throughout your visit.
