I feel this surgery has mismanaged my diabetes care for 2 years, to the extent that I have spent the last month being treated by my local emergency department.
To make matters worse, despite the ED telling the GP what they need to do to manage my condition going forward, they have disregarded this completely, putting me at significant risk of returning to the ED.
I find the majority of doctors at this surgery ambivalent, incompetent and ignorant, while I believe the practice management are focused on profit over patient care.
