About: New Victoria Hospital / Urogynaecology

(as the patient),

I've been under the care of Dr Guerrero and attending her Urogynaecology outpatients clinic (Clinic K). My experience at every appointment has been positive and stress free and I have felt that Dr Guerrero has been fully focused on my health and care. I have always found Dr Guerrero to be conscientious and most empathetic. At yesterday's appointment the clinic nurse (Lesley Ann) looked after me efficiently and courteously both before and after seeing Dr Guerrero. Thank you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion. I'm sure this feedback will help other ladies who are coming to the department.

I was glad to hear the care and treatment your received from Dr Guerrero and myself was to a high standard and you felt well cared for.

It was very heart warming to hear how we made you feel comfortable and looked after during your time in the urogynaecology department.

I will be sure to pass on your thanks to Dr Guerrero who I'm sure will be touched to hear you had such a pleasant experience.
