I attended a respiratory rehabilitation course at premises of The Salvation Army at Mead Way, Newark, recently.
I found the course very helpful in improving my health and sense of well being.
The staff who ran this course, led by Alex, were a pleasure to be with and were helpful to all of the attendees, whose age range and respiratory problems were broad.
