My dad attended A&E in September after having a fall at home. We spent 10 hours there, then he was adult acute medical unit, then on the Sunday he was moved to ward 23.
Even though this has been very stressful the standard of care my dad has received from all departments has been absolutely amazing. The care, kindness and professionalism from all staff we have seen made this a much less stressful situation.
I can’t thank all of the staff enough for my dads care and putting my mind at ease that he was in the best possible place. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
