"Outpatients has friendly and approachable staff"

About: Outpatients / Audiology

(as the patient),

I am in outpatients for an audiology appointment it is a routine appointment every 6 months. I do not mind coming as my appointment is always short and if I do need anything urgent I know I can just come up and they will try and fix it. 

The staff are so supportive and have helped me through it all from my diagnosis to now. I am really grateful for their continued support and advice. 

Outpatients has friendly and approachable staff.
