"Outpatients has a great setup"

(as a service user),

Outpatients has been a regular visit for me for my audiology appointments. The treatment I always get is top class and they have supported me through all my appointments. The space here is clean and there is plenty of space. 

The staff are lovely people. They are so polite to talk to and have such friendly personalities. I have my regular audiologist who I love having since she knows what she is talking about. 

Outpatients has a great setup.

Thank you so much for your kind comments about Audiology Outpatients. I am delighted to hear that your experience attending Audiology on a regular basis has been positive. The Audiology Staff feel it is a privilege to be able to support people with their hearing and Hearing Aids and enjoy getting to know people as they attend over the years. I will make sure that they read your pleasing story. I will also pass on your observations about cleanliness to our Domestic Staff and encourage the Audiology staff to continue working in a tidy manner. Many thanks again for your time.
