(as a relative),

A family member has returned from ward 43 in the Victoria Hospital and I am appalled at the service they received.

On several occasions I had to change their bed for them as it was dirty for days on end. When I approached staff for an update they told me that they couldn't provide me with one and I felt they had a very dismissive and rude attitude.

I looked at a red folder beside the bed and there was incorrect information written regarding the treatment they were receiving. This could have led to a mistake with medication.

I couldn't wait to get my relative back to their home.
