"Lovely, caring manner"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Clinical assessment unit

(as a relative),

My mum was a patient for a few hours in the assessment area of CAU.

The staff on shift were all very helpful but one really stood out to us. His name was Mark, he was the Healthcare Support Worker.

He had such a caring manner.  Despite being very busy and working super hard, nothing was a problem to him, when my mum or other patient's required assistance.  He was very calming and clearly enjoyed his job.

Thank you for your help.

Dear Metime

Many thanks for taking the time to highlight the care your mum received while attending the clinical assessment unit. It is really lovely to read that all staff made this experience a positive one due to the care and kindness shown to you and your mum.

Please be assured that I will share your experience with Mark and with the rest of the team, they really do a fantastic job, every day.

Best Wishes

pam
