About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as a relative),

Exceptional care from all staff that I came across, especially Kevin.  In my experience from Ward 3E, nothing is too much trouble from any of the staff. Was made to feel safe and well cared for. Standard of meals were very good.

Christine (senior charge nurse) went above and beyond to keep us as a family well informed from the moment we came into the ward. Brilliant bedside manner and very caring. All staff fantastic.

I am delighted to hear that you received such professional and compassionate care from our staff and that you felt safe and well cared for. When times are challenging, it’s always nice to hear such positive feedback from our patients.

Christine is a fabulous role model to her staff, and always provides her patients and their families with the very best patient centred care.
