(as the patient),

I have struggled with this condition for many years, undiagnosed until seeing a Dermatology specialist in Ninewells. 

Every day normal life was impacted by pain with any movement and embarrassment by constant leaking and feeling dirty, I couldn’t manage the condition and it took over my life, constantly making excuses to avoid social gatherings.

The staff on ward 26 were welcoming and friendly on arrival, I instantly felt cared for and in good hands. Nurses were on hand to answer questions. The environment felt calm and all the staff seemed to enjoy their jobs. Help was on hand 24/7. I feel hopeful, and grateful for their support.
