Emotional Coping Skills (ECS) Group 2023 

1)How did you find the group?

At times, a bit slap & tickle but time has shown even a little improvement on how I view the process.

2)What was the most helpful part of the group and why?

Communication because insight?

3)How helpful has the group been in addressing and understanding your difficulties?

Quite good

4)How did you find the facilitators?

Open, present, patient.

I am the consultant for the Mid Hampshire Urgent Community Response service. Looking after individuals at home instead of hospital when it is safe to do so.
