(as a service user),

Had a stent done and was referred to cardiac services for appointment at clinic in Shrewsbury road.  It was very relaxed . Good atmosphere created by John and Abi,  the health professionals - they made me comfortable. I felt open , relaxed  and was able to talk with them freely.  I was able to speak honestly about my problems. Had answers to a lot of questions I had regarding medications diet and exercises .

I am happy with the care and plans they have both put in place.
