"The care was of such a high standard"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted to the Maxfax ward at ARI with Parotitis in August. The staff were waiting for me on arrival after being referred there by G Docs. The consultants, doctors, nurses and auxiliary nurses could not have been kinder and more attentive. I had a room to myself and there was always someone there if I needed anything. No waiting in corridors or any of the horror stories we hear.

The care was of such a high standard, going above and beyond to do anything help me. I was there for a week and my experience was such a positive one I felt the need to share my story. Even the hospital food was good!

A special thanks go to Mr Ryan, Dr Geddes, Andrew, Louise, Laura, Caitlin, Mark, Kim and Sarah.

Thank you telescopiumrg77, for taking the time to give such lovely feedback and for sharing your story after your recent admission to the Maxfax Ward.

I will share your positive feedback with the whole team and I know they will be absolutely delighted.

We as a team strive to give the best person centered care we can, so this is very reassuring to read that the team were attentive and kind.

I will be sure to pass on your message to the catering team also.

We hope you are recovering well.

With thanks and best wishes.

Jane
