About: Newham General Hospital / Cardiology

(as a service user),

I suffer from heart problems I have a fibrillator , an I have been in an out of hospital for the 17 years with my condition.

I was recently referred to the cardiac rehab service to see the physio after consultation with nurse at The centre manor park . I have decided to take up the Cardiac exercise class to make my heart strong . The Physio explained diet, exercises routine which I had been doing wrong. Her approach was kind, very considerate and understanding
