I was diagnosed with Covid, double pneumonia and 2 clots on my heart and was in the care of the Hospital Staff in Craigavon.
I just wanted to show my appreciation to all involved in getting me back on my feet after my serious illness.
Firstly, a personal thanks to the Ambulance who arrived at my home and was able to have me in resuscitation ward in less than half an hour.
A very personal thanks to Dr Reid, who had me diagnosed and on the relevant treatment and breathing equipment within less than 30 minutes of arrival, which I now strongly believe saved my life.
Thanks to all the Doctors, Nurses and Carers in ICU for their care and devotion over the week that I was in their care.
To all the staff in the Covid Recovery Ward who looked after me in such a kind and caring way, I couldn't have asked for better treatment.
A big thanks to all the Staff in the Anticoagulant Clinic in the Ramone Building for their aftercare in relation to the Warfarin dosage.
Words alone cannot express the gratitude that I felt to all involved at Craigavon Area Hospital for looking after me with such devotion and professionalism.
I received the results on the 8th July 2023 from the earlier CT Scan to say that thankfully the clots have disappeared from my heart.
I am forever in your debt.
Kindest regards
"Words alone cannot express the gratitude that I felt to all involved"
