(as a service user),

I've been 9 days sober. I started group sessions, which were invaluable. They taught me to be honest and good to myself and many tools to use once I started my sober journey. I also attended regular acupuncture weekly, which has definitely helped with my mental health.

Whilst I have only just started my sober journey, I feel this would not have been possible without all of them at the inclusion. I thank all of you, you've been amazing.

I am confident that with your help and  guidance my journey will be successful.
