"Efficient Practice"

I went to this Practice for a Scan of a Lump on my Elbow.

When I checked in, initially the Receptionist could not find my Name on her list of appointments for that day. She asked me for my DOB and was able to find me through that information. It turned out, that they had registered the Appointment using my Middle Name rather than my First Name. I was surprised at this as the appointment was made using my First Name - I do not use my Middle Name - and when I asked the Receptionist to Amend the details that the practice held on me, she failed to do so. Other than that, the appointment and Scan were carried out efficiently and respecfully.
