"We cannot express how grateful we are"

About: Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Accident & Emergency Royal Hospital for Children (Glasgow) / Orthopaedics (Ward 3C)

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was admitted to ward 3C after attending Accident and Emergency.  The nurses and doctors acted so quickly to establish what was wrong with him and kept us informed every step of the while.

The care my son received was exceptional and reassured us as parents.  We were so worried, but everyone really put us at ease, which helped with the 7-night stay.

A special thank you to nurses Kirsty, Ashlyn and Erin, who were so kind;  Dr Paddy, who was my son's favourite; and Anaesthetist Reece, who completely put my mind at rest when my son was having his MRI.

I also wanted to mention Debi who works as a domestic/cleaner on the ward. She is absolutely unbelievable with the kids. She is so kind, she brings them in wee gifts and just makes a hospital stay more fun. She is an absolute credit to the NHS!

Thank you again, we cannot express how grateful we are.
