Anything else?
My Daughter had her big toe nails sides removed and the acid treatment placed, this all went very smoothly and the staff in all areas were lovely and very professional. Unfortunately my daughter after a few weeks got an infection under one of the nails, she called to see someone and couldn't get on her own to Ilkeston so was kindly offered to be seen at Long Eaton Clinic. She was very upset and concerned by this problem as was travelling on holiday and needed to make sure all was ok. The nail needed completely removing it was so bad with infection, she was so upset but the podiatrist spent a lot of time with her reassuring her, they gave her lots of advice with aftercare and arranged to see her the following day after hours to check the dressing, they gave her the all clear and asked her to return the following week to have this checked again to put her mind at rest. We were travelling back of holiday and got stuck in awful traffic, I rang to say we would be about 30 minutes after our appointment time and expected to need to rebook as again this appointment was after hours for the podiatrist, they kindly waited for us, I have been so happy with treatment and care and respect my daughter has been given by the podiatrist I hope their management can trace them through this to recognise what an asset they are to their team and the NHS,
