To last email I sent on Tuesday 22nd August stating Doctor will call me back within 48 hours ( still waiting ) this is not a virus I have been diagnosed with but a life changing condition, absolutely shocking I’ve not been contacted with update, never ever experienced problems like this until Brayford Square merged , someone somewhere is not doing there job properly, shame for all the lovely staff , nurses and Doctors that are doing a great job , just takes one not too and the whole chain is broken , come on I need to speak to my Doctor urgently .
