About: South Tyrone Hospital / Minor Injuries Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

My son had a knee injury which required stitches. We rang the phone first service for South Tyrone MIU and got through straight away. We got an appointment within the hour.

Once we arrived the receptionist booked us in within mins and we were seen immediately by the team. Wound cleaned, closed with 7 stitches and discharged within 25 mins. First class service. Very slick and professional. Ruth and Una were first class. The receptionist and the other lady were also excellent but afraid I didn’t get their names.
