Thank you for sharing your experience with CAT therapy in Psychological Therapy Service. Well done on all the hard work you did during your therapy to make plans for your future. I am glad to hear that you are happy with our staff’s skills and attitude that made you feel like they see the whole you. It sounds like that you feel like you were being listened to, given explanations, involved in decision making and you were able call for help had been helpful to you.
