About: Orchard Family Practice Southern Health & Social Care Trust / Urgent Care Centre

(as a service user),

I needed an nMAB infusion due to contracting COVID and being immunocompromised. Very efficient service from contacting my GP practice (Orchard Family Practice) to get referred, to being contacted by Urgent Care Drs, admin to arrange the appointment and the nurses who administered the infusion. I dread to think how ill I would have become if I hadn't had the infusion (as I was quite unwell as it was).

Feeling very grateful for the service and the genuine caring professionals behind it. A special mention to Dr Paul, Dr David, Nurse Charlotte and Sister (sorry I can't recall her name).

It is great to hear that you found the nMABs service to be very efficient from the prompt call from the Urgent Care Doctor to the admin arranging the appointment and the nurses administering the infusion. It is lovely to hear that you found the staff to be genuine and caring. We are so privileged to have a job where we can care for people and make a difference.
