(as a relative),

The team on Kerensa recently cared for my lovely mum for quite a few weeks and I cannot praise them all enough .

They were patient , kind , professional and communicated effectively and efficiently.

They managed to improve mums nutritional intake and she put on some much needed weight . The meaningful activities coordinators were amazing and enriched mums inpatient experience . Every member of staff were amazing try shining stars. Emily , Jake , Karen , Amanda , Dawn , Hayley , Maria , Chloe , Imogen, Dr Madeline and of course Lee were just some of the staff who deserve a special mention and a heartfelt big Thankyou from myself and mum .

In short Kerensa is the jewel in RCHT crown .

Thank you for taking the time to share your story with us.

I am so pleased that you had such a positive experience when your Mum was admitted to Kerensa ward. I am pleased that the staff on the ward were patient, kind, professional and communicated well with you. It is great that they were able to improve your Mums nutritional intake, took such great care of her and enriched her inpatient experience. I hope that your Mum is recovering well.

I am writing to you as a member of the Patient Experience team but, I will ensure your kind words are forwarded on to the Kerensa ward team with a special mention to Emily, Jake, Karen, Amanda, Dawn, Hayley, Maria, Chloe, Imogen, Dr Madeline and Lee through our Learning From Excellence scheme.
