We are so lucky to have Pat as our Health Visitor in Auchterarder. Our son in his early weeks was restless and colicky, and failing to put on weight. From the very first time she came into the house, Pat was warm and empathetic and looked holistically at his case. I cannot thank her enough for her prompt and efficient care and management of his potential CMPA.

The same day, she organised a GP appointment locally with input from the Paediatricians as required, and our son is now thriving. Pat really puts patient-centred care and communication at the forefront of each of her visits and is a credit to the health visiting profession. Thank you Pat!

Dear parent,

Thank you very much for submitting feedback about the care you and your family have received from your health visitor in Perth & Kinross.

Feedback from parents and service users is extremely important to the Tayside Health Visiting service as it allows us to make improvements to care delivery when this is required and also to celebrate when health visiting support and care delivery has been of a high standard, met the expectations of parents and improved the health of babies and children- as in your case.

I will highlight this very positive feedback to the health visitor involved.

I hope your baby son is now settled and you continue to enjoy your parenting journey moving forward.
