Went to get a new implant put in today.
Had a lovely nurse who was very helpful & explained everything to me. Very gentle & I would happily use the service again.
Only downside was having to wait 6 weeks to get the appointment.

I am pleased to hear that you found my colleague to be gentle and helpful and that she enabled you to be adequately informed about your chosen method of contraception.
